Let us be the first to say Welcome to Okinawa, The Finance Office is here to support Marines and civilians assigned to Camp Butler. We maintain over 1900 pay accounts while computing over 2,500 military and civilian travel claims per year. Additionally, the Finance Office has been delegated the responsibility of managing the Temporary Lodging Allowance program for Marine Corps Bases, Japan.

Mission Statement

Our Mission is to provide prompt, accurate, and flexible pay support to the Marines of Camp Butler, Camp Fuji, U. S. Marine Forces Korea, and U. S. Marine Corps Support Detachment, Yokosuka, Japan. Pay support includes maintenance of military pay accounts, travel claim processing for Marines and civilian employees, split payroll processing, and miscellaneous cash operations. The Finance Office's guiding principle is that needs are derived from the commands serviced. The Finance Office ensures the commanding officer that all pay matters will be responsive, accurate and timely, regardless of geographical location.
